Another Set of tubes for Emmaleigh

Monday November 7, 2011 Emmaleigh got her 3rd set of tubes. We had to be there at 6am. My mom stayed with the other 4 kids. After getting a little loss we arrived at the hospital right on time. They took her back gave her some silly juice and off to surgery they went. It only last about 10 mins her dr came and got us told us it went well, but she had alot of mucus in her ears. The hard part was waiting for her to wake up. They wouldn't let us sit with her at first once we did she woke up all smiles. We were released about 8am and she was back to normal right after that !

Halloween

10/31/11

Halloween was on a Monday this year. Emmaleigh came home at 12pm like Always. Daddy went to school and at 2:30 we went back to school for her school Halloween party. Once Zack got home a little before 4pm her and Zack started their baths. I had planned to walk Alex & Cameron's friends mom. I was getting the little ones ready and then started getting Isabella dressed between before squezing time in for Cameron and Daddy was getting Alex dressed. Emmaleigh Dressed up as Dora ! I was running low on brown hair spray so i used alot of my black I had.We were ready by 5:30 in time to do a few pictures and walk down to his friends house. his friends was having a melt down about a gun. So I took all the kids while the mom went to look for a gun for him. 7 kids was an adventure ! Kids got lots of candy and Halloween is over on to November ... Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up fast.

ENT visit

Emmaleigh was feeling much better today. She had her ENT (ear, nose, throat) doctor's appointment. Emma's ears are pretty yucky, but her ped has her on some good meds for that. The hearing test would have been pointless today. We go back in 2 weeks to see if they cleared up. If her ears don't clear up with her having issues so early in the cold season she may need a new set of tubes, but we can wait and see how she does.

Emmaleigh is sick

We were just at the doctor for her well visit last week and just a few days later she starts to get sick. She must have picked something up at our well visit for this reason alone I hate well visits. She lost a pound from just being sick for a few days. Her lungs are yucky. The doctor says she sounds Asthmatic, which is common in premature babies. She has been put on breathing treatments 3 times a day along with two meds and if she keeps up with this the doctor will put her on something on a regal basic so let pray that doesn't happen. She see her ENT tomorrow and She is out of school all week. Here are some sickie pics and videos of our little sick preemie princess
