long overdue update

It's been since November 2011 since I updated. Emmaleigh  had just turned 4 After Halloween was Christmas. It's was pretty much your normal Christmas. We baked cookies as we do every year, my grandparents came to visit and brought gifts then. We went to Aunt House on Christmas eve after Church and then home in time for Santa to come. It was Great Christmas. I believe I woke up sick that year, but Christmas was at my house so I didn't do much. New years we stayed home as well. Then in April I broke my ankle that was rough so Easter was interesting with me in a wheel chair. Emmaleigh Finished her Pre-K year  We had a wonderful summer and August  19th 2012 Emmaleigh turned 5 and entered Kindergaden. She also got put in glasses in August and I  got her private speech and she was DX with apprexia which is Apraxia of speech (AOS) is an oral motor speech disorder affecting an individual's ability to translate conscious speech plans into motor plans, which results in limited and difficult speech ability. We believe this is due to oxygen loss and birth and she may have other deficits, but only time will tell. We had Halloween 2012 she dressed up as a cow girl with her sister and I, but was upset cause we had to go home early due to her being sick. Then was Christmas. Another normal Christmas New Years we stayed home. Emma Did Tee ball this year as well. Then along came Easter which was fun ! We did Easter pictures with baby Chickens!! In other News Emmaleigh will be a big sister for the 1st time !!! I told all the kids on April Fools Day !!! Emma just sat there smiling she is over joyed about the baby kissing my belly and asking when the baby will come out. In may she graduated Kindergarten !! they called me in for a meeting to discuss repeating her with her apprxia as well as possible other deficits, I feel she was getting loss in the kindergarden room and was paired up with other children and not getting the help she needed. I told them no I wouldn't agree to it and there was nothing they could do so next year she will be in 1st grade in full time special ed to help her on her goals and get pull out for science and art and P.E. Anyhow it's now Summer time. I'm hoping to enjoy the pool until it's back to school again !
