Emmaleigh is 11 months old now. It's hard to believe a month from today she be a one year old, not a baby anymore but a toddler. I can't believe how big and pregnant I was a year ago and totally unaware how fast her birth was approaching and that I was about to be dealing with a premature newborn and the NICU, Now Emmaleigh is 11 months old her first birthday is approaching fast I'm so not ready for it. These past 11 months have been crazy after all the pumping I had to do to make sure our nursing got off to a good start I was soo worried and she is still nursing and couldn't be happier do it. We have finally got her to take some solids last week. She loves avocado. Other than that she is still nursing alot which has cause my cycles to still not return which I couldn't be happier It's been since December 2006 since I had a real period Aside from the after birth bleed. I'm so not looking forward to it returning with her birthday approaching next month I'm sure that will return as well. We are looking to move and be in our new house by her birthday. After 3 years old 3 bad August I"m looking forward to a new better start for us. We are so proud of how well our premature baby girl is doing. she is crusing furniture and standing alone for brief moments so we know that walking isn't far away. I wish she could stay my baby forever I know she can't so I'm so proud of how wells she is doing.
