Emmaleigh update

3/12/08

I took Emmaleigh to see her doctor to get cleared for surgery on Friday. When we got to the office she was cranky. I thought it was just cause she was hungry so I tried to feed her in the exam room, but the doctor was in there pretty quick and she was eating any how. He check her temp, listen to her and then looked in the ears. We had just had a shot of roceften (not sure of the spelling) antibiotics last Tuesday. It's now a week later and her ear infection is back and it is absesed. He didn't think we make it til Friday they way she going down hill fast with these ears so he gave her another shot of antibiotics to help just keep it at bay until we can get her into the sugry she did clear her, but she is having a hard time. She finally calming down and not as fussy. she go to the hospital for pre-opt tomorrow and sugry is early on friday.
