Emmaleigh is 7 months old now. I can't believe it. That 1 yr mark is getting closer and closer. So sad being that she is my last little one, but I'm enjoying watching her grow and learn new things. She was 4lbs 8 oz when she born on August 19, 2007. She was 7½ weeks early, she even dropped down as tiny as 3 lbs 14.9 oz. Emma is now 7 months old and has a naked weight of 13lbs 7oz !!!!! That is 9 pounds she has put on in 7 months pretty good if you ask me. She is still nursing a good bit, my cycles haven't returned yet knock on wood !! She not on solids yet I'm waiting on sign form her that she is ready for them for now if it isn't broke I'm not going to fix it. She isn't sleeping though the night yet, but that is okay since we co-sleep it doesn't bother me much all night open bar help yourself it there when you need it. She loves her milk and she not only gaining weight well but she is developing she has more than master sitting up. She has more than master She can stand up holding on to things not if she not placed there but she can do it. She working on crawling and get to sit on her own, but she doing well for a baby who was born almost 2 months early. She should only be 5 months old now so for a 7 month old she right on target and for a 5 month old she is doing very well. I'm proud of her. She had her tubes put in 5 days ago she seems fine so far we see the doctor for a check on that on Monday. She Had a horrible yeast Diaper rash due to all the antibiotics she was on it finally cleared up so I hope that is all behind us. Summer is on the way so we ready for a wonderful summer with our little princess.
